๐ŸŒŸ Two Stories about Flying

✍️ Authors: Liam O’ Flaherty & Frederick Forsyth

๐Ÿ“– Part 1: His First Flight (By Liam O’ Flaherty)

This story is about a young seagull who was afraid to fly. All his brothers and sister had already learnt flying, but he lacked courage. His parents scolded and motivated him, yet he refused to take the risk.

One day, his mother tempted him with a piece of fish. Driven by hunger, the seagull dived to catch it. The moment he fell into the space, his wings opened naturally and he started flying.

He was overjoyed to realize that he could fly confidently and join his family.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Message (His First Flight)

  • Fear is natural, but courage helps to overcome it.
  • Self-confidence comes only when we try.
  • Family support motivates us to achieve success.

๐Ÿ“– Part 2: The Black Aeroplane (By Frederick Forsyth)

This story is about a pilot flying his aeroplane at night to England. The weather was clear but soon he entered dark clouds. His compass and radio stopped working and fuel was limited. He lost control and hope.

Suddenly, he saw another black aeroplane in front of him. Its pilot guided him through the storm safely and disappeared after bringing him out of danger. On landing, the pilot asked the control room about the mysterious plane, but they denied seeing any other plane.

The pilot realized that the black aeroplane was a miracle – perhaps God’s help.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Message (The Black Aeroplane)

  • Faith gives us strength in times of danger.
  • Help may come in mysterious forms when we are in need.
  • Hope and courage lead us through difficulties.
